Integration of HAu.S GmbH into ETS Efficient Technical Solutions GmbH

Stronger together

The integration of HAu.S GmbH, based in Jena, into ETS Efficient Technical Solutions GmbH under company law is completed. Since February 2019, HAu.S GmbH has been merged into ETS Efficient Technical Solutions GmbH, where it is run as an independent ETS branch in Jena. The employment relationships for the approximately 80 employees in Jena will remain unchanged. Thus, all customers will also retain their familiar contact partners for technology and service. The manager of the branch office is Christoph Klein. With the integration of HAu.S into ETS, ETS is consolidating its position as a total service provider for technical building equipment, from conception and planning all the way to execution, maintenance and servicing, both in the region as well as in eastern Germany.

says Christoph Klein. The aim of the ETS branch in Jena is to build up a strong and satisfied customer base in central Germany. In the coming year, ETS is expected to generate a total annual output of more than €120 million nationwide with around 570 employees and 13 locations.
