EAB acquires Frankfurt-based electrical engineering specialist

The range of services offered by Heinz Hildebrand e.K., which looks back on 50 years of company tradition and currently employs 75 people, covers the field of electrical engineering from planning and project management to installation, commissioning and maintenance. The managing director Jürgen Reiß has decided to hand over the company in order to plan a succession in time and to secure the company for the future.

Through the integration of Heinz Hildebrand e.K. as a further branch, EAB Elektroanlagenbau GmbH Rhein/Main, headquartered in Dietzenbach, further expands its leading market position in the field of electrical engineering in the Rhine/Main region. In 2020, Heinz Hildebrand e.K. achieved a total output of 12 million euros. Through the acquisition, EAB Elektroanlagenbau GmbH Rhein/Main, a company of the Elevion Group since 2014, increased its number of employees to over 400 as well as its total output to around 70 million euros.
